The practice

Classes & programmes

Taught in person in London, on a sliding scale. One class each month is free and open to the community.

Weekly classes

Twice weekly · in person

Two classes a week. Pay what's right for you within a set range. No tiers, no explaining.

Free community class

Monthly · free

One class a month, free and open. Bring a friend. No catch, and nothing to buy while you're there.

Free

Study circles

Monthly · twelve people

We sit with one idea from the tradition and talk about it honestly — what it asks of us, where we fall short.

Eight-week programme

Twelve people · one scholarship place

A structured eight weeks of practice, in a small group, with two sliding-scale places and one scholarship place held open.

The flagship · twice a year

The 40-Day Tapas Programme

Forty days. A daily fifteen-minute practice at home, a weekly ninety-minute session together, twenty people. Tapas means disciplined heat — the discipline is the whole point. Paired with the Tapas journal, in the Range.

The annual retreat

Once a year · two full scholarships

A residential retreat in the UK, sixteen people, with two full scholarship places. Details released each year to the community first.

On the sliding scale. Every paid class has a standard rate and a lower rate. If the lower rate is what's right for you this week, take it — you don't need to explain. The standard rate quietly holds a place for someone who couldn't otherwise come. No one is ever asked to prove anything.
